A person use MS Powerpoint for presenting a topic in a crowd. That person could be an office staff, businessman, school administrator, teachers, students or any one that can be called presenter.

2. What skills should a person learn about this software?

A person that will use MS Powerpoint should know how to analyze things/details that he is going to input in the slides to be presented. He should also the basics in using the MS Word such as typing, copy and paste, for creating in each slide of Powerpoint. He should also know, even a bit, of being creative but not deleting the idea of the topic.

3. What would misuse of this technology look like?

Either in education or religion, using slide show during discussions is not advisable, if, the slides contains too many text. The possibility of understanding the speaker/presenter will lessen because the audience will focus on the slides instead of listening to the speaker. It should only contain some points or just important details so they will understand the words given out by the speaker. Using images more is suggested to support the topic of the presenter.   

4. How can people use this technology in different situations?

People in the field of business use MS Powerpoint to present the status of the company. They also use this for presenting new marketing ideas and suggestions for the improvement of their business.

People in the field of education use MS Powerpoint for classroom presentation of the topic. It is also use during seminars for teachers, parents and students for better relationship between them.

People in the field of religion use MS Powerpoint for catechism, to be able to send or give the words of God to a number of audience in a community. It is also use nowadays in churches for song lyrics so that all can follow in singing the religious songs.

5. How is this digital tool able to improve  collaboration and communication?

MS Powerpoint improves collaboration and communication when the one presenting a topic sets time for a question and answer portion. After delivering the information in slides to a number of audience, the presenter will ask if the audience understand his topic. If his audience can give other information or suggestions, then its already creating communication. After the presentation, the speaker will collaborate the meaning of what he presented until discussing the importance of his topic to the lives of his audience. The audience could realize the effect of the presentation to them, if it could lead to positive results or be inspired and become their motivation.

6. How can people use this software to create original, innovative works, ideas, and solutions?
